How to cook Taco Spaghetti recipe three

Taco Spaghetti
Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1 small onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
1 cup beef broth
1 cup water
8 oz spaghetti (half of a standard package)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 green onions, sliced (optional, for garnish)
Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Sour cream (optional, for serving)
Sliced jalapeños (optional, for serving)
Instructions:
Cook the Ground Beef: In a large skillet or pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add Seasonings and Vegetables: Add the taco seasoning, diced onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
Add Liquids and Pasta: Stir in the diced tomatoes (with juice), tomato sauce, beef broth, and water. Bring the mixture to a boil.
Cook the Spaghetti: Break the spaghetti in half and add it to the boiling mixture. Reduce the heat to a simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, until the spaghetti is tender and the sauce has thickened, about 15 minutes.
Add Cheese: Stir in the cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses until melted and well combined.
Serve: Serve the taco spaghetti hot, garnished with sliced green onions, fresh cilantro, sour cream, and sliced jalapeños, if desired.
